It's May 2055 and Paris-Brooke Seabrook is hoping that Theodore King-Lake will invite her to the school Prom, but at a party at Theodore's home Amberton Hall, Theodore's older brother Rufus is shot. Theodore, Paris-Brooke and Theodore's friend Benedict Templeton-Knight are taken hostage. To secure their release, Rufus must be saved by Paris's father Doctor Thomas Seabrook and his friend Doctor Samuel March-Banks.
