Kelly Luce

Kelly Luce's debut collection of stories, THREE SCENARIOS IN WHICH HANA SASAKI GROWS A TAIL (A Strange Object, 2013), set in Japan, won Foreword Reviews' Editor's Choice Prize in Fiction and was a finalist for book prizes from the Texas Institute of Letters and Writers League of Texas. Her work has been recognized by fellowships from the MacDowell Colony, Ragdale Foundation, Kerouac House, Ucross, Jentel Arts, and the Michener Center for Writers, and has most recently appeared in Electric Literature, Salon, O magazine, and the Chicago Tribune. Her debut novel, PULL ME UNDER, is forthcoming from FSG in 2016.Luce is a Contributing Editor for Electric Literature. She hails from Illinois and lives in Santa Cruz, CA.
