Julian Mash has lived and worked in Notting Hill for over a decade, half of which was spent at the Travel Bookshop, the inspiration for the film Notting Hill. He is the author of Portobello Road: Lives of a Neighbourhood, and his writing has appeared in the Telegraph, Evening Standard and Q magazine amonst others.
