Penelope Ward is a New York Times, USA Today and #1 Wall Street Journal bestselling contemporary romance author with over 2 million books sold worldwide. Her novels have been translated into over a dozen languages.

Penelope Ward was born and raised in Boston. She is one of six children and grew up alongside her five older brothers. She developed a keen eye for writing and story-telling. Ward holds a BA in Journalism from Boston University, providing her with a solid foundation in writing and reporting.

Ward began her career as a television news anchor. During her twenties, she reported news and later worked in customer service, but realized it didn't align with her family-oriented outlook.

It was during this time that her love for romance novels burgeoned, and she began writing her own stories.

Penelope has authored several successful romance novels over her career. One of her renowned books, RoomHate, captured the hearts of the masses, ensuring its triumph on the New York Times Bestseller list at #2, and #1 on the Wall Street Journal Bestseller list.
