We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world.

If you propose to speak always ask yourself,
is it true, is it necessary, is it kind

It is better to be hated for what you are than to be loved for what you are not.

If you wish to be gentle with others, be gentle first with yourself

Meditate. Live purely. Be quiet. Do your work with mastery.
