This book originally started out with some research and discussions with friends that love cycling, triathlons, endurance sports and fitness. I was sitting at my computer listening to some music, getting some work done when I thought about all the group rides that I was on when someone got a flat and had no clue how to change it.
That’s right! No clue how to change a basic flat!
So I said to myself, I wanted to share “Things Every Cyclist Should Know and Own”. I sent out a couple of questions to local bike shops, friends, cyclists, race directors, and triathletes, and this book was born.
