When sending healing energy to a war-torn area or disaster zone, I go right up to the TV and send my intent through the image to the actual people and place needing it. It can work with any spell. When you see a tragedy, send colored light for comfort through the screen to the grieving family, starving child, or accident zone.

Thought manifests into reality, first creating a template in the astral realm, the realm of water. Thoughts often trigger emotions. As bonded as the two are, emotions can likewise travel upward and inspire new thoughts. After an astral form is created, the physical world can react, bringing it about in the realm of earth.

Feelings often take form in the astral realms and then manifest in our physical form, particularly as disease. If you are upset about something and hold it in, the emotional energy creates tension in your astral body or somewhere around you. This tension manifests as a physical malady, depending on how strongly and how often you feel it. It may start as a headache or a weakening of your immune system, precipitating a cold, or eventually manifesting as a tumor or some other serious disease.

The elements are not always physical forms, but sometimes concepts represented by these physical materials. Through these concepts, we have a greater understanding of how all things exist on many levels

Let your intuition and your own body be your guides. If you have a bad feeling, honor it, but don’t let it control you. Ignored spirits will leave in boredom. Or you can light a clearing incense like sage and use a banishing pentagram. Each of these will remove unwanted energies from your area.

Discernment is the key to working with new spirits. When asking for a guide, ask for one who is correct and for your highest good. Ask them three times if they come for your highest good, and wait for an affirmative response. Ask them for their names and to send you unconditional love at the same time. Follow your instincts. If a spirit feels harmful or dark, ignore it. Or better yet, laugh at it. Spirits hate to be mocked, while those of a lighter nature will laugh with you and send out love and joy. These are all factors to get a discernment reading. If you have a negative feeling toward a spirit, or feel it is being deceptive in any way, do not work with it. If other guides with whom you have traditionally and successfully worked do not cooperate with this guide, do not work with it. Wait until you can discern the true motives of the spirit

Some minor constructs and servitor spirits can be created by the practitioner for a specific function through willpower and ceremony. This technique is the foundation of spell work. These semiconscious thoughtforms are quite useful as protector spirits. Why get a spirit that does not wish to help, when you can create a helpful temporary thought form?

The next time you charge your protective shield, ask it specifically to protect you from electromagnetic and energy pollution. This harmful energy comes from power lines, television screens, computers, and most other electrical devices.

Everything has a physical energy to it, but we can not always see it. Radio waves, electrons, and oxygen molecules all have a physical nature, but we do not see them with our physical eyes unless we amplify our senses with physical equipment, without which we can not see the more subtle aspects of physical reality. The same can be said for auras, chakras, and spirits. We can see such phenomena with our psychic eyes, amplifying our physical senses with psychic abilities. By opening our perceptions, we can see the invisible. By looking deeply, we can see the worlds within worlds and feel the unseen energy coursing around us.
