In 1872 in the western U.S., Raymond Dalton arrives home to his family's ranch from fighting in the Civil War. After pining for Raymond for years, the neighboring rancher's daughter, Nancy Bledsoe, finally captures his heart and an endearing love story begins. The story is one of adventure, romance, strength, and faith to deal with the trials of late 1800's ranch living.
